UROS Teamrace

The track for this race is 5km long and has one steep climb. The start and finish are at the track at Sportpark Jekerdal, Mergelweg 120 Maastricht.
The race starts with a half lap over the track afterwhich 800m tarmac will lead to the Sint-Pietersberg, where the tough part of the race begins. After this point, the track is going downhill and will continue to do so, so you will keep accelerating during the race.

Along the route will be a large number of volunteers to guide the runners in the correct direction, watch for any violations and they are the first contacts in case of an emergency. Major crossing points have certified traffic wardens to ensure a safe crossing and first aid will be available in case of any emergency.

There are no refreshments along the track, but runners will be welcomed back to the track with a cold sports drink and fruit.
