Membership Form

If you would like to become a member, we would kindly ask you to fill in this membership form. First we would like to know your personal information so we know who you are and what you are doing. Then give us an e-mail address you check regularly, because the first of every month you will receive the UROS news-letter. This gives you all the information about the coming month, like races, activities and other important notices.
In order to become a member of a student sport association in Maastricht you should have a sports card. You can find more of this on www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/sport. A copy of your sports card must be handed in together with your registration form.

Competition License AM/UROS

If you want to participate in competitions it is clever to request a competition license from Atletiek Maastricht (AM). You are then automatically member of the Atletiek Unie (AU; Dutch nation track association). This will cost you €20,-. The license is also used in track meetings and running matches, and often gives you a discount to the entrance fee of a match.

Contribution / Debit

If you participated in the start-to-run seminar you will get a €5, - discount on your contribution. The contribution can only be paid with a debit. This means that MSAV UROS is able to automatically collect the membership fee from your account. UROS will always let you know when this is the case.

Automatic collection

For us it is easy if you authorize the treasurer to collect money for contribution and other costs automatically. For you this is also easy because you don't have to think about it anymore. The treasurer informs beforehand when the automatic collection will take place, so this will not lead to problems. To activate automatic collection you have to sign a special card. The board can give this to you or you can download it here. The automatic collection can always be revoked.

UM SPORT & MUSST

To be a member of Uros you need a sports card. The sports card will allow you to make use of the sport program of UM SPORT. For more information about UM SPORT you can click here. For more information about the MUSST you can click here. These sites give you all the information you need.

End your membership

You can only end your membership by sending a letter or e-mail to the board of MSAV UROS, intended for the secretary. This has to be done before September 1st. If you did not end your membership before September 1st, you have to pay your contribution fee for the whole upcoming year. The address of UROS can be found at the footnote of this letter.
